Kinoak lookbooks always leave me with the renewed conviction that I need to wear sneakers with anything and everything. The latest SS13/14 lookbook is no different. The collection, called ‘Free Time’, is full of the offbeat streetwear-inspired looks that we’ve come to expect from the Kinoak label. Chinese-inspired prints adorn a range of mix and match separates, and slouchy silk bomber jackets sit alongside structured shirts and the occasional ladylike silhouette. It’s a combination that probably shouldn’t work, but under designer Amie Darragh it just does. I would happily wear any of these clothes in my free time. Although my wallet would probably say otherwise. I guess I’ll just be that person thumbing through the clothes at Blonde Venus then.

Oh man, this is pretty awesome. Sweet dresses and sneakers make me feel like a little kid again, totally going to be rocking them all over spring.
So true. Combined with my renewed love of overalls and glitter sandals… pretty sure my wardrobe is going to be more childlike than when I was an actual child :/
I never ever ever leave my sneakers, i got them earlier in the year of asos because i'm P O O R and i have worn them thin, i kinda love the clash of sneakers and put together outfits.

I love the hats and prints! I've been really digging those snapback style hats that are really coming into fashion nowadays.
Not sure about the sneakers… Kind of love it, kind of hate it? Can't decide
I'm the same! It kind of works here, but I'm sure if I tried to do the same it just wouldn't work. I prefer the retro Nikes they used in their last collection.
