ALAS. In The Garden of Chance. 2013.
ALAS (All Light All Shadow) make the kind of sleepwear that you’d want to show off. I’m a big fan of spending as much time in pyjamas as possible, and it’s always a bonus when said pyjamas actually look like you could wear them out of the house. Or, at least, ones you wouldn’t be embarrassed about wearing if the neighbours caught you outside. I came across ALAS a while ago now but was reminded of the label again recently when flicking through a magazine. I made a mental note to look them up online and luckily, for once, I remembered. The bright abstract prints and cool cut of some of the pieces in this collection makes me think they’d be perfect for a lazy Sunday spent (stylishly) slobbing around the house.
I work for Peter Alexander so I understand completely how you feel.
On the odd occasion I have worn my pjs out…. These can get away with it as well.
the making of things
So much of the Peter Alexander stuff I find myself thinking 'I could wear this out'. I freaked out when I saw the Wizard of OZ pjs. SO GOOD.
these are the coolest pjs

Ooh yes, these look great! I'm a fan of being in my pjs all day too but I get so embarrassed when someone knocks on the door and there I am looking 100% scruffy haha. I'll definitely be checking out ALAS now – thanks for the heads up! x
Haha YES! I'm a master of the scramble-to-get-changed-when-someone-knocks-on-the-door move.
Love these pictures!
