winter boots

I would have posted about these sooner but I accidentally deleted a bunch of photos off my camera. So I had to do a re-enactment of sorts. As previously mentioned, I recently received a generous gift from my-wardrobe.com. When asked to pick an item of my choice, I couldn’t help but waver between something a bit out of character (see: Ray-Ban black and crystal wayfarers), or something more practical. In the end, practicality won out. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect ankle boots for the past couple of winters and when I saw these ones on the website I knew I had to have them. While there was a tonne of lovely new spring/summer stock on the website, I knew these Ash ‘Jalouse’ ankle boots would be perfect for autumn/winter here in Australia. They came within 3 days, which is quite impressive since they were shipped all the way from the UK. I wore them out over the weekend and can easily say that they are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes that I own. They go with pretty much everything and I predict that they’ll be getting lots of wear over the coming months. I guess being practical has its upsides, after all.

  8. Haha oh my goodness I just bought these yesterday because my other boots like this are falling apart after wearing them every day. They were an el cheapo pair from General Pants back home. I bet they look stunning on choo! xo
